Monarch Butterfly Coaching Company, LLC is founded by LaTonya T. Parker, a Master‑Certified Professional Life Coach with nearly three decades of leadership experience across Corporate America. Having risen from entry‑level roles to coaching and training executive leadership, she brings a rare combination of executive insight, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of leadership at every level.
