Monarch Butterfly Coaching Company, LLC is founded by LaTonya Tarwan, a Master-Certified Professional Life Coach with nearly three decades of leadership experience across Corporate America. Having risen from entry-level roles to coaching executive leadership, she brings a rare combination of executive insight, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and an understanding of leadership at every level. She is passionate about helping leaders lead with head and heart, and helping individuals achieve their personal best.

Her life story is shaped by overcoming adversity. She knows firsthand what it is like when life takes an unexpected turn, when grief settles in, and when the familiar dissolves into something uncertain, even unrecognizable. Through deep personal loss and life's hardest transitions, she emerged with deeper faith and a stronger commitment to help others transform their own challenges into pathways of possibility.

A proud mom of two amazing adult children, and someone who opened her home and heart to a godson who is now part of her family. LaTonya believes that with the right mindset, transformation is possible, healing is real, and victory is available. She leads and lives by her own motto: growing with grace, rising with grit.
